Power Yoga is a general term used to describe a vigorous, fitness-based approach to vinyasa-style yoga. Though many consider it to be "gym yoga," this style of practice was originally closely modeled on the Ashtanga method. Power Yoga takes the athleticism of Ashtanga, including lots of vinyasas, but gives each teacher the flexibility to teach any poses in any order, making every class different. With its emphasis on strength and flexibility, power yoga brought yoga into the gyms of America, Europe and Cyprus, as people began to see yoga as a way to work out.
Pilates class: Pull out your gym mat and get ready to do a series of movements that will stabilize and strengthen your core. The exercises are usually done in a specific order, one right after another. The movements have names, like "The 100," Criss-Cross," the "Elephant," and the "Swan." The moves may look simple, but they take a lot of precision and control. It's not like doing a bunch of crunches; there's a strong emphasis on technique.
Functional Training Importance: Life is unpredictable and unstable. So why would you develop your training using stable and predictable routines and equipment? No matter your fitness goal, treat variety and practical application as critical components of your training. You don’t live in a vacuum, so why would you train in one? TRX Training challenges the entire body in every plane of motion with versatile, scalable tools that anyone, anywhere can use to perform exercises that improve movement on the field or in life.
Power Jump class: You will sweat the life out of yourself. That is the first thing you should know about Power Jump. Sweat will be dripping from every single part of your body. Sounds glamourous? Yeah, didn't think so. But it just goes to show how truly intensive working out can get. Jumping on a mini trampoline training with high intensity but with zero impact and no damage to the joints. Training is very simple, effective and super fun. Power Jump is a euphoric training experience.
Total Fitness CLASS: If you find it simply too hard to stick to a workout plan, why not try a full-body workout program? Yes you will still have to work hard but in less time. Curious? Then read on right here. Building muscles is all about spending hours at the gym, right? The only true way to build a chiseled, muscular physique is hours upon hours of slaving away over rusty iron, day after day, year after year. Well, maybe not. The full-body workout can help you progress and is easy to fit into your schedule.
Bootcamp TRX class: What is exercise if we don’t enjoy it? It becomes something we dread and possibly over time make less of a priority. But what if we add something as simple as a game to change the monotony of how we train? Not only would we see adherence, as all human beings have an innate drive to compete and succeed, but we would also begin to affect the mental and emotional state of a client as well because games are FUN! Bootcamp is a difficult but fun way to trim and test yourself to the limits.
